Meet Ryan Raymond
I'm fortunate to work as Director of Sales with The Newcomer Group, one of Northeast Florida's top-ranked real estate teams. Over my career, I've been involved in more than $425 million in real estate transactions across St. Johns County and beyond. As a licensed Florida broker, I've gone beyond the standard requirements, with deeper training in contracts, financing, and market strategy. That experience has also earned me features in Jacksonville Real Producers and the opportunity to share my passion for Florida's architecture and local history on American Dream TV, CNBC, and the Travel Channel.
What I'm most proud of is the privilege of guiding families home, supporting first-time buyers through what can feel like an overwhelming process, and helping sellers achieve results that exceeded their expectations. Real estate is about people first. I bring experience, strategic timing, and a calm presence to every transaction so that my clients feel informed, confident, and genuinely supported from start to finish.
