What we collect

When you submit the contact form on this site we receive your name, email address, and the message you send. When you call or email directly, we receive what you choose to share. We do not require account creation. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13 (COPPA).

How we use it

We use the information you share solely to reply to your inquiry, to schedule consultations, and to deliver the real-estate brokerage services you request. We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share your contact information with third parties for marketing.

How long we keep it

We retain inquiry information for up to 24 months from your last contact, after which it is deleted from our active systems. If a representation relationship is formed, transactional records are retained for the longer period required by Florida real-estate law and the Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC).

Cookies and analytics

This site uses minimal first-party storage to deliver the page experience. We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are read; analytics do not collect information that identifies individuals. We do not use third-party advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or cross-site tracking.

California residents (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to request information about the personal information we hold about you, to request deletion, and to opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information. Visitors from the European Union (GDPR)

This website is intended for visitors located in the United States. If you are located in the European Union or the United Kingdom and choose to contact us, we will process your information for the limited purpose of responding to your inquiry, on the legal basis of your consent, and you may request access, correction, or deletion at any time by emailing the address above.

Third-party links

This site links to public profiles on Zillow, Google, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Once you follow those links you are governed by the destination’s privacy policy.

Your choices

You may request that we delete the personal information you have shared with us at any time by emailing ryan@ryanraymondpartners.com. We will confirm deletion within a reasonable timeframe.
